Gordon is a singer, songwriter, guitarist and flute player. Heavily influenced by rock, psychedelic, and progressive folk bands from the sixties and seventies, Gordon began performing as a guitarist and singer in the Hudson Valley area, the Philadelphia region of Pennsylvania, and southern New Jersey. Later, when he returned to New York, he founded several original bands in NYC as the principle songwriter, guitarist, vocalist, and flute player. Living in NYC, he performed regularly in many clubs and venues, including The China Club, CBGB’s, and The Bitter End. His songs are heavily lyric-driven, melodic, and deeply personal, which allowed him to transition in recent years to largely acoustic solo material. Over the years, he has performed in venues throughout the Northeast as a singer/songwriter, Irish traditional flute player, and guitarist. He now lives in the Mid-Hudson Valley, New York, where he continues to play and record music.

A recently recorded six song solo EP, “After Tomorrow”, was recorded and co-produced by Jessica Klee of JLK Productions. “After Tomorrow” is available on most streaming platforms, but can also be listened to here:
